These hollows, which are only fully developed when the hair is mature (around 7 cm long), make angora the lightest, warmest and most absorbent natural fiber in existence. The air chambers of the hollow core absorb perspiration. They also store body heat and keep it on your skin. Even when you perspire, your body stays dry and warm.
