Unlike double-headed models, there’s no need to turn it over and reposition it. Apply light pressure to the pinna to hear low-frequency sounds; apply firmer pressure for high-frequency sounds. For even greater comfort, the lyre’s tension can be easily adjusted to the size of the head, by tightening or spreading the prongs.
